These terms apply when you use the Ghar.money app or website. By creating an account you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle your data.
1. What Ghar.money is
Ghar.money is a platform that helps you understand your home loans and property, and connects you with banks, housing finance companies and loan agents (together, our partners). We are not a lender and we do not decide on loans. Any loan offer comes from a partner, is subject to their checks and approval, and is governed by their own terms, which you should read before you accept.
What the app shows you, including estimates of eligibility, interest, savings or property value, is information to help you decide, not financial, legal or tax advice, and not a promise that a partner will lend on those terms.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
3. Your account
- Give us true, current details about yourself and your property, and correct them when they change. Offers based on wrong details may be withdrawn.
- Keep access to your email, phone and device safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account unless you tell us it was misused.
- You can sign out of any device, or all of them, in Settings.
4. The AI assistant
Our assistant is an AI. It can misunderstand or make mistakes. Check what it records on your profile, and do not rely on it for decisions without reading the partner's actual offer.
5. Fair use
Do not:
- use someone else's details or PAN, or pretend to be someone else;
- try to reach data that is not yours, test our security without our written permission, or disrupt the service;
- copy, scrape or resell the service or its content.
6. Fees
Using the app is free for you. We may be paid by a partner when a loan or product you take through us is provided; this does not change what you pay the partner.
7. Our content
The app, the website and their content belong to Ghar.money or its licensors. You may use them for your own, personal purposes.
8. Closing your account
You can delete your account at any time in the app or on our account deletion page. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or the law, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
9. Responsibility
We work to keep the service accurate and available, but provide it as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for decisions a partner makes, for losses from relying on estimates, or for indirect losses. Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under Indian consumer law.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. Each version is numbered, and we will tell you in the app before a change that affects you takes effect.
11. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Write to us first and we will try to resolve it; if we cannot, the courts of India have jurisdiction.
